BootSkin Alpha 2A

Tuesday, November 11, 2003 by Frogboy | Discussion: WinCustomize News

There was a glitch in last night's BootSkin that caused the program not to run on some systems on a fresh install (worked fine if you had a previous version on).  So we've corrected that problem.

We also now have a Boot screen (BootSkins) section up.

Hmmm not necessarily true cuz I had a previous version on prior to installing that second build and it did not work, anyways this one does!
(installed on my winXP home edition machine)

I can not get any of the added bootskins to work. The ones that install with the 075 public beta work fine, the extras I downloaded cause the default screen, poorly colored.

I too could not get last nights version to work and I had the original version that worked. I think Frogboy had it turned around. Oh well! Todays alpha 2a is working just fine I can't wait until we can use a higher color resolution. Things will look better then. So far I think it looks Ok!

I can't get any of the boot screens to work. I've installed and uninstalled several times and still get the default screen. Help!!!
