Network Probe gives you an instant picture of the traffic situation on your network and enables you to identify and isolate traffic problems on your network. The network probe is java based and runs as a server on Windows NT/2000/XP. The client is applet based and runs in any java enabled web browser.
Changes in Current Version:
1) Added possibility to use an interface without an IP assigned
2) Added a -loadtest probe startup parameter to test and print the network load
3) Multiple bug fixes

It's not free now. I downloaded a 7 day trial it's great, but not what I need.
