 Arc9 attitude is defiantly wrong but there is a problem. I will likely by a stardock product or subscription in the future. That being said up until recently I was able to download things for free without limit. Now I am cut off. I even contributed uploads in the past of sysmetrix skins and docklets for OD . I removed them when 2 of my sysmetrix skins were pulled because I was accused of taking the graphics from another site. In this case I had submitted a sysmetrix skin based on a B&R watch. I did not take the graphics from the site and could prove otherwise. I was not about to argue and after one of the skins was pulled after being on the site for 2 weeks I removed the rest. You can say my attitude is wrong if you want or I am a poor sport but I did nothing wrong and now I am unable to download. I am not looking for for something for free without pulling my weight. It just bugs me a little that I now have no choice but to purchase something in order to download. By the way going to another site is not the answer. There are downloads you can only get here. 

Heh...wow.  That was actually really helpful, and I missed it on my first skim of the thread.  I saw everyone posting about "buy a Stardock product," and all I could think was, "Um...I've got about 40 of them..."

New computer, and I hadn't ever logged into the site from it yet.  I do have to say that it took me a while of searching the site before I came here and found this.  No where could I find any warnings of a download limit (for those who hadn't purchased) or an explanation of how and why I had hit it.  Might not be a bad idea for SD/Wincustomize to make that a bit more clear.

That said - Glad I've purchased stuff so that y'all don't think I'm a deadbeat when I DL stuff.

Signing in does not work for me. I have an account and use to be able to log in and downlaod. Now I get You are currently at your download limit.

Your profile says you're a current customer so you should have unlimited downloads, excluding master skins.

Try logging off, clear your cookies & cache, and log back in. If you are still unable to, shoot an email to support and they should be able to fix it for you.

Thanks CarGuy1 but I did all that and still no luck. I shot of an email to support so I will see what they have to say.

Well still can't download and support seems to be ignoring my email unless it takes longer then 3 days to get a reply. Can't say I am real happy about it but its not the end of the world either. Maybe it is just time to move on and upload my skins somewhere else.

Same problem as guy above... just purchased ObjectDesktop 2010, created an account, and was experiencing unlimited downloads for a decent while (beyond the normal limit) when I suddenly got the "download limit reached" redirect again.  Considering its my first day as a member/owner of this product, and it clearly states that I would be able to get unlimited downloads with a purchase, not a very bright foreshadowing of what might be to come with this software.  Will send an email to whoever I can here today; hopefully this doesn't lead to a three-day + wait time to hear back.

I believe JuniorCrooks tried emailing support during the weekend and support doesn't work on weekends, which would explain the delay.

Make sure the account you are using for WinCustomize is the same account your registrations are under.  You are getting the message because it is not showing you as a current customer.
