Texas is one of the states with the fewest unemployment.  Not sure why with all the people that keep moving in.

Fred, you're not cold, but doc is cruel. He could have at least put long pants on the guy. Doc just sits back, feet up, drinking his hot beverage, causing trouble.

Maybe they're all retired and collecting pensions!

We're supposed to get some snow today here in South Carolina. I still remember when I first came here from Philly and they got a dusting. You would have thought it was the second coming of Noahs Ark. There were lines...actual lines at the grocery store for a DUSTING of snow. Schools closed. Anarchy ensued as the state went into a panic.

The snow that fell didn't even cover the grass. I could still see blacktop.

They are predicting one to six inches tonight, depending on who you listen to and where you are.

I expect people will be arming themselves and taking to the rooftops by nightfall. I'll be going to the Piggly Wiggly with my baseball bat to get milk and bread for the 'blizzard'. I'll be the one on the news tonight laughing insanely behind an army of tiny little snowmen, singing Winter Wonderland at the top of my lungs.

LOL. Lived in Summerville and West Ashley, Po'.

1"-6" in SC is Armageddon. A baseball bat might not be enough. Besides boil' peanuts, those old boys tote.

Oh yeah...and stay at home ... the drivers there have either forgotten how to drive in the snow, or never learned.
