Is this taskbar workable?

I have tried, but to no avail. Is it because it can't be done?
All I get are the tab(s) multiple times, under each quick launch icon. I really need help with this.

No....I think what Tim means, (and what will help with the frames) is to add text margins at the right and left side to the top and bottom frame, so the edges of the top and bottom frame align with the side frames.

I had already tried that. *edit (text and painting)This probably has something to do with how I've cut the sections out, maybe?

No, what I mean is what I said (although worded badly)
Add 5 pixels of blank canvas to each side of the caption image (10 pixels total)
Do the same with the bottom border.
That will push the edges in

No, they look like they're cut perfectly to me, and the way that I always cut mine. I'm on MSM messenger right now...can you maybe send me a copy of the .wba file so I can take a look at it?

Here ya go, Doc. Time helped me with some more bugs. It's coming along. Probably the furthest I have ever gotten. Let me get a little further and I'll shoot you a copy of the WIP.

One suggestion....reduce the opacity of the shine on this part a bit. It's a bit strong.
