Hello everyone!
Welcome to the WC 2010 Beta. We are excited to be getting near the release of the new WinCustomize, but we still have many things to be worked out, and your help in finding issues and other feedback will be appreciated. Remember, this is a beta and problems can be expected.
You can access the beta site at:
This forum will serve as the place to give your feedback whether it's a site issue, or general feedback about the site. To make this organized and efficient, there are a few guidelines to follow in this area.
Tag posts with the titles. Example: [Bug] Page Not Working
[Bug] Use this if you find a site bug.
[Feature] Obviously, if you want to give feedback on a specific feature.
[Request] If you are requesting something.
[Question] If you have a general question not pertaining to other tags.
If your post is something other than those examples, just tag the post appropriately so we can view them with some type of order.
The forums are not part of this beta, with the possible exception of a new theme. Feedback for the forums doesn't need to be posted here. If you run across a forum issue, please use the existing thread here.

[Bug] I am not able to logon, always thrown to the unlogged state.

That's a kick to the head. I would think one of the above two would be enough, instead of tearing down other sites.
That was a specific reference to a site since long gone which was not part of 'this' community....

[re-bug] unable to log in, in either the beta site of the beta forum site. using ie7 and I have made a cookie exception for https://www.wincustomizetest.com/. used both my log in and email address, neither worked.

When you select Explore and then Explore All the next window screen that opens has the 'Updated' date set at 1/1/0001 for all the skins. I have included a screen grab to show this.

this is a known bug, hopefully we will be able to get it resolved asap, thanks for the report 
ok we think we have fixed all these login issues. People should now be able to login to wincustomizetest and the forums and have no conflicting issues. Eventually you should be able to login on the forums and it will pick up you being logged in on the site and vice versa, however, for now at least you should be able to login on both and have them not mess each other up.
Also of note, we have fixed a bug that was preventing users from posting comments on articles. Let me know if people are still having issues with either of these things.

Ok now i log in but i've noticed in my personal page an info that i've NEVER inserted in my profile, except in my payment with credit card.
The info in question is my city, not a big problem but please make attention with personal info

[Feature] The articles page has almost no distinct divider between articles. While scrolling fast, it's nearly impossible to easily find an article. Bigger, bolder article titles could help this substantially.
[Bug] Can't rate skins.

[Feature][Request] I miss the ability to see your own skins rankings, downloads, etc. shown on the old site under "my: skins".
[Feature] I really like the ability to narrow the search down to certain gallerys (ObjectDick, WindowBlinds, etc.) that you've added. Really neat!

[bug] Clicking the add link button in the text editor opens a new window rather than an inline dialog.

[Question] I notice that some skins show the "More from this author" sidebar, and others do not. Does it only show the "More from this author" sidebar for those who are Apprentice and higher? Or is this a bug?

[bug] I searched for WindowBlind skins by MikeB314. Then once I got to that page, I filtered by Master skins. When I applied that filter, the skins being displayed were for all skins--Master skin or not; and for all galleries.

[REQUEST] New - Poplular tab on front page - couild you add recently updated tab?
[BUG] Once logged in, when loading a new page the browser hangs for a few seconds then carries on loading. Happens in IE 8 and Chrome Win 7 32 Ultimate

Below "Explore All" can we have an option for "recently Updated" so we can view only the skins that have been updated.
Is it possible to have a "Explore my list" where users can select their own galleries eg. Wallpapers, Windowblinds, Icon Packages, Dreams and Sidebar gadgets only. So if we don't use log ons or winamp we dont have to wade through those skins.

[Bug] Searching for icon-a-day strips out the hyphens and ends up searching for iconaday, which causes it to return 0 results.
