Although clearly the U.S. took the brunt of the terrorists' blow, it's amazing how many countries were hit. I think that accounts for at least some of the widespread sympathy and support.

As usual, the Finns were forgotten. How hard would it have been to put the Finnish flag next to the Swedish one? I suppose 50 Finns missing because they were to attend a meeting at the WTC doesn't mean much to the rest of the world..
I'm not even Finnish, and that pisses me off..

And what about The Netherlands? I know we're a small country, but a dot right above Belgium would have been nice.

It really is a bit sad that somebody engineers this international map and forgets a few things: How about the Founders of New York: The Dutch - so far there are more then 20 missing from our country.

BTW, in another post someone suggested that the United States needs to figure out how it can change its behavior since it's done "things" (unspecified) that have annoyed "a lot" of countries.
Can anyone name a single democratically elected government that has an unfriendly relationship with the US?

Come on people, it was a tragedy for the whole world and you guys are bitching about the map because you want to be properly represented as victims, or your flag was upside down, or your country was the first to open up a hot dog stand in New York and no one acknowledged it. We were all victimized. Stop whining--Bin Laden screwed the whole world with that attack.
