navigational arrows in vista with white box background

have an issue in vista with the navigational arrows for some reason they show a white box behind them.
I have copied and pasted 'premultipliedalpha=1" into the code, but that did not help in fact i compared my skin to the new diamond and found that in there, so i thought that would make a difference. but nope.
I need a solution asap as i want this skin uploaded.

FREE my master days are cursed and over. and for the record, i was NEVER it in for the money as some might think. nough said.
