WindowBlinds 7 Screencast and Beta

The Windows 7 beta has been out for a couple of months now, and one of the biggest requests on the forums is when will a beta for WindowBlinds 7 appear. Today I put together a quick screencast showing off WindowBlinds 7 running on the latest beta of Windows 7.
Please note this is an early beta, and not representative of the final application.

It sounds like Rick Astley actually has a fan.Who knew?
Here is some advice: Climb upstairs out of your parents basement,go to law school and after you graduate,come back and sue Stardock. While you are studying you could make some awesome,non-boring,fabulous,original WindowBlinds.
A. Don't live with parents.
B. Don't use windowblinds, (anymore, evermore). So why would I want to make one? It's like not liking cheese sandwiches, but making one for your lunch.
C. Don't have a basement.
D. Not a fan of Rick Astley.

Deserving or not, bullying people with a differing opinion is not right...
Lantec showed really poor judgement as moderator with his response to this very obvious personal attack on alfiejs.
We all slip sometimes, but we can be better than this, can't we?

I understand your motives, and I don't hold it against you (nor against Lantec as a person, as a moderator he should know better). I don't agree with it though (hence my post), I think it's wrong, wrong, wrong. Troll or not.

So would it be fair use for me to download windowblinds from a torrent site because I did not want to pay for it?
No, because 'fair use' as described NOW simply allows Australians to LEGALLY make backup copies of their software/games and LEGALLY transpose purchased music, etc to alternate forms.....yep, ever since the dawn of cassette tapes.....it's now legal via 'fair use' to copy that 12" onto your car cassette/radio.
You DO STILL HAVE TO PURCHASE the original, however.
Ergo....the WB via Torrent is NOT covered....
So did wincustomize purchase the rights to the Rick Astley video so they could 'transpose' it to digital format?
