What skin are you using? It will depend on the WindowBlind in use.  IE8 skins for me,all except the tabs anyway.

It is hard coded by MS, progressive since MSIE6 less and less can be skinned by WB. Firefox does not skin well in parts as well especially the tabs and Opera has its own skinning engine as well so it cannot be altered by WB. In MSIE8 the toolbar sort of skins but not exactly the correct colour.

I too have a major problem with IE8 and WB 6.2. On some pages the text is too small to read.

Specialy in input fields.

Does anyone have this problem too?

This was repaired in build of window blinds a few weeks ago, WindowBlinds is up to 6.4 at present and all is fine in text input boxes with IE8 again.

A friend of mine has windowblinds 5.51 and windows xp and she downloaded IE8 and it skins the toolbar part just fine so I wonder if it is because of Vista???

No...the small fonts showed up in IE8 on XP as well.

Just update to the revised WB ver....post 6.2 and you'll be fine...

In MSIE8 the toolbar sort of skins but not exactly the correct colour.

The colors are not changed nor are the tabs or command bar buttons.

It does skin most buttons or their mouseover state. I'm sure Stardock is looking into a fix for it,if possible. IE8 just got out of beta, give SD some time.If it can be skinned,WindowBlinds will skin it.

Vista 32 bit,btw and I wont install an EX-P dinOSaur for a few lousy buttons.

What I get is this with most WB's.Try Burner1 by Night Train, though and the buttons are skinned completely.
