very strange problem with PS CS3

the problem is, that with some of my (created by me) skins in PS CS3 some menu items are dead. I mean not displayed wrong but COMPLETELY inactive, like disabled. This does not happen with my latest WB skin, although everything is the same there. 
This is the case e.g. for the complete block in file/ between "close" and "place...". I can´t imagine that WB somehow influences the function of a program so I´m completely helpless...
could somebody please check my skin?

Well, there are a few threds on this, but for now i havnt seen a fix.
Heres what u can do temporarily until someone figures out a real fix: hit the restore button, and click on one of the previously disabled items on the menubar, then maximise again OR just keep the window in the restored state, and enlarge it so it fills the screen.

thanks a lot that worked! Now that I read your fix, I remember there were actually a threads for this before, sorry 
I´m happy it´s not only a problem of my WB, anyway very weired...

2of3: yes, that´s the thread I had read before (but forgotten, cause I still used PS7 at that time...). thanks for the hint.
really strange that WB, which just alters the look, somehow influences the function of some applications ... 
but as I said, I´m happy it´s not my skin that causes problems
