Summing up WC Forums

Saturday, December 6, 2008 by jpmurph1 | Discussion: Community

I am fairly new to the forums, ( 7 months give or take) and what i have found, is a group of people who make me laugh when i need it, help me fix problems on my pc, and all around just a great gathering of nice people, especially in this day and age, its a pleasure to come here, knowing this, so i want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, Kwanza, and any other holiday ihave missed, but one thing, i have a serious addiction to these forums now, and its all your fault!!!!!!!!! LOL, Happy Holidays everyone, this is our first christmas with our new first grandchild, and when i made that announcement here i was overwhelmed with so many nice responses, thanks so much guys and gals.

I take it you've never been to Disneyland.

I think Walt Disney had that copyrighted or WC would be the happiest!

Mikeko, at the bottom of every page is a link that marks all posts as read . . an that is site specific.  So I can read teh posts I'm interested in at wc.com . . then click that link and the posts I'm not interested will be marked on all the sites.  It makes life a bit easier.  Having said all that.  I like the cross posting.

I've been to many forums, and this is the only one that doesn't flame or call people n00bs and what not

well...we're always nice to people in the first few weeks....get 'em sucked in....

then .....the flaming starts...

the barbie's at your place...did we forget to mention....hope you gotta big back yard.....

I like the cross posting too, it's a great thing. But it's still a mess. There are atleast 3 different places where people post their questions about any single program.. I could understand that if the forums were NOT linked, but since they are, why is there a need for that?

Oh well, let's just say I don't think the layout of the forums is good, and leave it there.. It *is* christmas after all (soon).. And we are in the happy-place.
