My eyes went a bit wonky after my surgery a couple of months ago.  I'm told it could be some meds I'm taking.  I need a check too because everything is blurry again.  I just had new glasses a year ago.  Watch me get new glasses and then they change my meds and the eyes change again.  Wait this is a post for the Murphy's Law thread.

No. This is OT in a big way, and I'll probably start a "drug war" exchange, but. . . even in places like California, where state law permits the use of medical marijuana with a doctor's prescription, it is still illegal under federal law to possess or distribute marijuana. It is a Schedule IV narcotic under the Controlled Substances Act and the DEA continues to enforce this law; as is the case with all such legal conflicts, federal law preempts state law in cases where the latter is more restrictive than the former.

You are 100% correct. Usually the Feds don't make a biggie out of it. In SF, I passed people smoking MJ openly in the streets...and saw the Police pass them by also. Guess they really don't care about that.

I get mine checked every 2 years. except for this past year as I have cateracts(hope thats spelled right).  Now its every 6 months.  Waiting for the right eye to get worse then my insurance will cover 1/2 the cost of lasik.  Am sorry to hear that  Barb.
