Curried cabbage, naturally.... and due to the tough economic times, leftover curried cabbage and custard for dessert. Think I'm gonna have to find another source for the milk to make the custard, tho. The nursing mother next door doesn't mind, but I get the feeling her husband isn't so keen on the collection method. 
Seriously, it was sweet & sour chicken on a bed of brown rice, and strawberry cheesecake with vanilla icecream

lantec, i'm glad the jags won. the colts didn't play well enough to win. actually, they sucked! the season is young, hopefull, things will turn around soon.

Hmmmm! Me thinks you might be getting rid of more than just Hurricaine Ike emergency rations... neighbours and other household members come immediately to mind.
