Anyone have any ideas for a good (and preferably free) spyware protector or antivirus client? I really like Ad-Aware, but I'm curious to know if there's something out there that might be better.

I'm with Snowman,windoe and BoXXi . Avast and Defender have been working great for me. I do have SpybotS&D (minus teatimer)for occasional scans when needed.

i have used spybot search and destroy(update it yourself though)and eset nod32 for ages and they work great....oh and malwarebytes pro...they really work well
