I need a litte help to get skin to work (New to this)

That's the link to the skin I've downloaded. If you look to the right of the picture you can see the time, day, weather and stuff. I like that whole temple. But I don't know how to get that stuff visible. I can load the skin in WindowBlinds to skin windows, but do I need another program to bring up the time, day, weather and so?

I have just received an email from the developer , who has said that he will be getting in touch with the powers that be ... so hopefully things should start moving ...

I just know if there is a gallery here for DS,I won't be able to resist any longer. 
I feel myself weakening already.

First afaik the program is not longer developed, the question was asked on the DS forum and even if the developer (Kdam) read that (I saw him reading the thread) , we got no answer, leaving the faithful users in the dark, the situation become even ridiculous.
Well if you can't have an answer, it probably because the answer is "No"
I stop using and skinning DS (I use it since 2004) because recently the weather panel (a flag ship panel for the sidebar) stop to update the weather data after the initial start of the DS program.
So having a gallery of a program, who is not longer developed, but working well is o.k !
But having a gallery of a program, who is not longer developed, but beginning not working well is not !
