Stand alone clock docklet

Title may be a little misleading, but this is what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for a clock docklet that does not use windows' date/time to get the time. I play a game that has japanese users, so it would be helpful to me to be able to have the current japanese time available to me on my dock without changing my system's time.
this is probably a pretty easy request, but I can't find it for the life of me.
