Answer and Ask Game

I have a riddle which I want to ask but its better to start a game on riddles. Firstly one will ask an interesting riddle then all will try to answer. The one whose answer will be declared correct will be given chance to ask the riddle and so on. If no correct answer will be given for one or atmost two days then the one who asked riddle will give the answer and the one who gave the first reply to the riddle will be given the chance to ask the next riddle.
If there is any condition of stalement(if the person given chance to ask the next riddle is absent for long then anyone can ask the riddle: no problem about it). These are no hard and fast rules, if someone has an interesting riddle then you can ask in between also but its better to firstly answer the one which is going on.
So here goes the first riddle.....

"A man is very much addicted to smoking. On one of the dry day(some particular days when selling of cigerate is prohibited) he gets very keen of smoking. He finds 25 pieces of cigarete in his room which he left after smoking the cigarate. He can make one cigarate by joining 5 pieces. How many cigarates he can get with 25 pieces??"

Ok, looks like I have you all stumped on this one....
The partially correct bit was the that the bar tender gave the man water... but here is the reason why:
When the stranger walked into the bar, he had hiccups. The bar tender could hear this, so didn't need to look up at the stranger as he approached the bar. The man was obviously pleased with the glass of water the barman had poured him, as drinking this had cured the hiccups.
QED.
