Do you know this skin?

I'm feeling a mite embarassed, many moons ago I used this wonderful skin that I want to use again, I cannot for the life of me remember its name. If anyone recognizes this one I would be most grateful!
All I remember about it is:
-the top three buttons in windows, Close Minimize Maximize, were three little arrows or whatever, and there was one extra that hid the window so you just had the bar on the very top.
-The bars were very thin and you had the option of choosing complete Black or Complete white, or compact White or Black
-I remember using the Black version the most, and I remember there was some green in the skin somewhere, but its very vague in my memory.
I know this is extremely vague and with very little to go on I don't expect anyone to recognize the skin, but I'm hoping it'll ring a bell with someone. Thanks!

what colors was it did it look more like windows vista or windows xp?

Thanks Jbird and all, that's exactly the skin I used to use. I have all sorts of unimaginable amounts of love for you, how fortuitous that my friend who also just purchased WB was looking for the same skin. And sorry, I forgot to mention it was for WB. Thanks again folks!
Edit: Actually, while I have everyone's attention for Windowsblinds maybe someone else has this problem. Whenever I have a skin applied and I try to mouse over the start button or the system tray, my task bar does not un-hide and roll back up so I can look at/do whatever I wanted. Rather annoying and seems to not be limited to skins, which I thought it was.

do you have keep the taskbar on top of other windows unchecked?

Yes, but I also tried unchecking it and the problem persists

Are you using cursor FX? Just wondering as I have had a similiar problem.

No, the only shell/ui modifier I use is Windowsblinds
