Skinners, Artists, Coders, and Testers Needed: Community Suite
Happy Birthday!!

After the success on the Troll Thumping Day Suite some members of the Mother Thumpers are coming together to create the "Happy Birthday Suit(e)".
I envision this suite centered around a DX gadget that counts down to your birthday. On your birthday the gadget will prompt you to download the most recent incarnation of the suite components so for your special day, your desktop will celebrate with you.
At this point we have some components assigned to artists but this is a collaborative project and welcome input and assistance from everyone. Please jump in and help out if you'd like.

I suck at animations. I thought about those ideas and thought the easiest for me to try and do would be to have him have icing dripping off his tail.

I would have wanted to help by making the avatar, since i notice no one is doing it but i DO NOT know how to make a Winky.
But i could say this, that image on post #202 would be great as an avatar but the cake would have to be a little better.
Just helpin' out

[/URL]The color is black but i can change it to any color (ONLY IF I DON'T HAVE THE CANDLE). The only thing i can't do is the candle that i found on google images at a site where they teach you how to make a candle using photoshop. I don't use photoshop so i don't know how to do it. When i try to change the color with the candle on, the area around the candle is still black. and i can't change the color of every pixel. Its too much

Great start!!The thing is . . the avatar (let's assume it'll be used my the birthday person here at WC) has to match the theme (which is taking Po' forever to do and if anyone stepped up with a better [faster] idea I'd jump all over).
Keep the cupcake in reserve for now but maybe look at the taksbar and start button Po' came up with. (I think he posted the images he used around here somewhere).
As an aside . . I really like the cupcake . . reminds of the Playboy bunny logo. [No I'm wondering about a new winky shadow thing for another theme project another day.

But i'll make another one. i just don't know Po's final theme, and what everybody else is doin'. i don't see any screenshots the bootskins, wallpaper, etc.
