Run as Admin off dock bug

OD+ v1.90 build 537u also submitted this with stardock.helpserve
In Vista 32 or 64 bit this doesn't switch to consent.exe (the dark UAC screen with continue/cancel dialog).
Instead it just drops the icon in the running apps dock and flashes it. When clicked it does the expected action.
I attached the professor too hoping he'd shoot it
