Those of you who are new might not be aware of a unique WC holiday: Troll Thumping Day!

Is anyone interested in expanding the work Po' Smedley has done into a full Suite?

I am extremly interested in doing a wb for this......... Po is an artist I deeply admire. I still want to collaborate with him on some of his other work.

Po? what do you think? can I do the wb?

I've always been a huge fan of your work........and you know it.

I would be willing to make up a DESKTOP SIDEBAR ... I could use the bitmaps and pngs and backgrounds from kitty's wb ....

Then again . . he's not Halmark and doesn't own the copyright to the holiday, right?  Just the existing art.

So screw 'im!  Let's make this happen even if he hates the idea!

There was an episode of the Simpson's, where Homer (very very stoned) gets a house call from Ned Flanders. Ned is pushing the latest edition of The Bible. Homer (very very stoned) says he's just to tired to look at it and asks Ned if he would mind reading it to him. I don't believe I have ever heard a man squeal with such delight as Ned did at that moment. (Except for Skinhit, but that's another episode and pair of zebra skin panties). Anyway, when I saw the title of this thread..well...I did a Ned Flanders.

This is way cool. May very well be the highlight of my millennium. I would like to help. I usually do a wallpaper and dock icons for the Holiday. I also have to update the Countdown Widget. But, I would like to assist whoever is taking charge of the windowblind if I may.

Of course, everyone involved will be made 'Honorary Guards Of The Royal Thump'.

And as such...you all will be sworn to absolute secrecy. This means that no one can tell Bichur about this. He'll just start ranting and whining.

Does my starting this thread count? Because the only entity that would want me involved would be the Troll in the hope I kill the project.

Po, "Get one on a stick" was hilarious! That story had me laughing so hard that I had tears streaming down my face!  

I'm still new enough that I have not seen all the posts on Troll Thumping Day, got any more links to them? Where did this holiday start?
