Task Pane Gone

I got a skin recently called experimental which looks cool! however the task panel disappears when i load the skin for some reason, its a pain with out the task panel and i was wondering how i could fix it in skin studio or something. the task panel shows up fine on the preview in skin studio but once the skin is on the task panel disappears, can anyone help me? please reply and i can give you a copy of the skin to look at.

WOW, i'm dumb, the thing isn't broken, really, just the transluceny switch on all the up/down buttons in the xps shell are enabled, just turn off the switch and the task pane shows up fine! i feel really dumb about it, but the skin works fine!

Man that was a while back I almost forgot about that skin!That was my second skin!
vStyler & NightTrain thanks for trying to help ,when I built this thing I was just learning sks!
As bad as I hate to admit it vStyler is probably right
there are a lot of skins that are just more correct!This was exactly what it said "EXPERIMENTAL" 
Anyway thanks for trying it.

I'd choose another skin Strife.. there are thousand's in the WB gallery with FAR less errors.
