Stardock is pleased to officially announce that the beta of WindowBlinds 6 is now available for users of Object Desktop. WindowBlinds 6 represents a whole new generation of Windows skinning with advanced new features such as animation overlays, blur glass effects on both Windows Vista and Windows XP, user created sub-styles, full font control, explorer backgrounds, complete Windows Vista skinning, faster performance, and much more!
The final WindowBlinds 6 will include 5 brand-new skins created by Stardock Design (a team up of many of the top skinners of all time including the Pixtudio team and Skinplant teams combined) to help demonstrate some of the new skins.

Using the Leo skin at the mo, tried the others but settled upon this, love the animated dragon on Molten but the skin was just a tad too touch much day to day use, I'd prob spend far to much time watching the the aforementioned dragon

Anyone working on any skins yet that will take in the new Sidebar Skin so I can have a fully co-ordinated look and feel to my desktop?
Slightly off-topic, when is the CursorXP Vista version likely to be released and will it address the 'bug' where the cursor disappears under some windows?

Have you tried pasting your ODNT serial for activation?

That's the only way I can register.

You have told me twice that the file is invalid. I am asking you again, why would it be invalid? And, if it's invalid, why would it work perfectly well until I reboot? Can you help enlighten me?

one thing i noticed..the stupid font thing blows..on the previous version i had no problems, now all of the sudden the font for my browser and other places is real small
You can edit all fonts in the skin through the "Change skin fonts." If you click on the link on the bottom of the window, you can edit the skin fonts just as you can in SKS. Change them to another font, make them bigger, smaller, bold, etc. It's awesome.

Agreed, I was only suggesting it as a debug step. Sorry for any confusion.

His problem has nothing to do with the service. If it did, it wouldn't open WBConfig and would ask him to reboot.

in the previous version i think i already had the ability to change the font
You did....but it was all or nothing. It overrode ALL the fonts, but in WB6 you can change each pre-set font through the WB config instead of opening the skin in SKS.

Won't work with my system because it doesn't support Vista 64 yet.
Any word on when support will be added?
Thank you.

DIAMOND Skin (gorgeous btw, my new default skin)
Title text is drawn too low in the bar, so it cuts off in the middle with the file/edit/view menu. This happens on XP only.
And the start button on the taskbar hangs a little down into frame when Object Dock is set to hide taskbar. This happens in XP only also.
Both machines are P4s running Nvidia workstation cards Quadro FX 4000/2000 with the latest drivers for both (162 or 163 series).
