Retired or retarded?  Hum.  Did you know there are a lot of retired military on this site and you are putting us all to shame acting like a recruit.  Even the best skinners have had rejections.  The personal page was started because of all the cry babies that had thinngs rejected.  This way they at least had exposure.  Now if someone of your age wants to keep on crying, its just making you look bad and all us other old folks.

They were judged by us, the mods, in the same way as any other submission to this site, that goes through moderation.
If you cannot deal with that - tough. You're no more special than any of the other 4+ million members of this site.

The moderators on Wincustomize have more experience in skinning than most others.
I myself have been in this business for over a decade, actively skinning for many years and know more skinnable applications than most others, and I do know shit from gold too.

I contend the mods are biased and that is my final choice and words on this subject. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I was Brown shoe Marine before II retired from the Air Force, I have put no retired folks to shame. I was taught to say it like it is, if some do not like that that is their problem not mine.

First- you are missing the entire point of the thread. Having work delegated to your personal gallery is something that happens. Everyone in this thread had had it happen. My intention was to recognize the artist and to let them know they are not alone. I've had walls sent to my personal gallery.  I really wanted to make a thread where artists could share that stuff, maybe get pointers, and just support each other.

Second- you've been a member here long enough...I shouldn't have to explain this - but the wallpaper you made and posted in the thread with my icon without asking me..tsk tsk. The avatar I can deal with and consider an honor. (Thank You)

Finally- Your screenshots are nice. (Can't find your walls.) You obviously have and eye for blending and color and you know how to manipulate an image (Eg- the avatar) do NOT give up. I would be more than happey to point you in the direction of some great tutorials if I knew what you were going for or offer ANY tips I could (I use photoshop)

As someone who has argued it out with the mods and admins over rejections and been pretty miffed myself, I can tell you in ALL HONESTY there is no biased AND the folks that are reaching out to you really do want to help and assist you in reaching your goal and improving the skills you already have.

Shame scarcasm can't be seen in words or you would know that I didn't call you retarded.  A lot of what your saying is.  Your...the world is wrong and I'am right just doesn't make sense.  If what you put up is called art then DA is the place to upload it.  Wallpapers are suposed to compliment windowblinds.  I failed to see where those orange pieces would do that.  I did like the one that had those 3 shapes down the middle(don't remember the name) and said so.  But as the saying goes, majority rules.
