Because God is standing as the gatekeeper to the public gallery.  (Mine didn't make it, either).  https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=42496&libid=8

I try to keep the word "should" out of my vocabulary.  The guy who wrote the book on cognitive therapy that I used to help me with my depression says it leads to a "should-y" life.

It is, what it is....I personally like Battle of Love, more than I do Le Mort.  I feel privileged to own a copy.  It's like a rare, private wine, kept hidden in a cellar somewhere -- having it means it's more special than if it were open to the public.  It's uncommon, and suppressed -- in my book, that makes it more desirable.

Thanks Karen, that has made my day

I like Shaunna's walls...and yours as well, Louise. 'Peace', 'Blue Flowers'... haven't seen them all but if I were moderating, they would have made it.

I also feel as Karen does...each effort makes the world a better place: Just the effort at creating beauty does that. It imparts a good energy to the matrix we all move through. Galleries don't count...that's only someone else's opinion. The urge and effort do, because they are yours and a gift.

One of my personal wallpapers, Christmas Baby https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=39010&libid=8, I'm really glad I uploaded even if it didn't make it to the public gallery, because I've had several computer crashes in which I had to factory restore, switched computers with family members, and recently bought a new computer, but never had the cash for an external hard drive to backup my data to (it's on my birthday wish list at Amazon.com, hopefully someone in my family will buy it for me), -- I've needed that picture for customized Christmas cards this year, and a few other reasons, so that if I had never uploaded it, it never would have occurred to me to store it somewhere else.  At the very least, when something goes into my private gallery, it's there if I need it later.

For whatever reason you don't seem to be listening to what we are trying to tell you.

Your uploads were not 'rejected' but were 'assigned' to your personal page.

As I mentioned in your other post, you are not alone to have your uploads not make the gallery and many that had their uploads also 'assigned' to their personal page continued to work at improving their skills and did get submissions approved to the galleries.

So, it's your choice to have your submissions removed or not.  Just know that the moderators are not biased in any way towards new uploaders.

It's no shame having walls on your personal page only, Old Msgt. We all have a few, hell, they can't all be top rated walls.

You are in very good company, believe me.  It's ok, just keep plugging.

That's BS because they do not nor have they ever explained in their e-mail that it was just going to the personal site and why it was rejected for the WC wall section. The faceless Mods that make these flawed decisions need to be held accountable. It is the subscribers who help pay their wages.

It is the subscribers who help pay their wages.

Submission moderators are volunteers and unpaid. They give up their free time to keep this site as rip free and quality based as possible.

You must have me confused with someone who gives a crap, I would advise these faceless souls to volunteer in different field.

Subscribing to WinCustomize does not offer any privileges for uploading.   As was mentioned, moderators are all volunteers who dedicate their time on the site, and they do a fantastic job at it.

If you have any further comments on this issue, I would suggest taking to it PM to Jafo or myself.

I am through with the Wall paper business on this site, I would also advise other individuals that are new at creating Walls to post their images elsewhere so that a greater audience can view them and comment on them. I do not want privileges, I just wanted my art to be judged fairly. When I rate or give stars I try mt hardest to do it objectively. I can only think of one time I judged a Wall harshly based on my emotions instead of my intellect.
