I've been thinking of this question for some time, and I thought it would make a good forum post. How do you want to be called; by your nickname, your given name or ? Is there a certain etiquette to follow for this?
I have no problem with people using tbc, tb, tc, teddy, Barbara, Barb, teddybearcholla (I think that covers them all
