On a good day, you can just highlight the smiley of choice and click the 'insert forum code' button.
You can also go to any site with smileys (like This one in Russian and do as Fuzzy says, right click on one, get the properties and copy/paste the url into the 'insert image box' here

Does SmileyXtra have spy ware?
None of my programs ever picked up any.
The Russian Smiley site has never set off any alarms when I go there.
You can also create animated gifs and upload to a hosting site like photobucket and use the http address generated to insert into the image box

I get mine from smiley xtra (firefox). Bring up the smiley, right click and select properties, copy the url, open up the 'Insert Image' box here and paste the url...
