Windowblinds does not load with windows

I recently installed and purchased object
desktop, and installed the newest version of Windowblinds. I can
install skins fine, and they work fine, but when I restart my computer
it reverts to the windows classic skin (no skin). This is the first
time running into this problem, as I have run windowblinds perfect on
this same computer for over year now (just renewed object desktop
subscription). The only thing I have changed is that I am now running
windows xp pro x64 bit version instead of the 32bit.
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.1 (build 82 x86))
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
You have one monitor in total.
(NEC MultiSync 70GX2) 1 is attached to Radeon X1900 Series

Reboot
Reg clean
Install SDC
Install WB
Reboot
That should clean everything out
