I left wincustomize for a while, I decided to take some time away from the site.... I had a few quarrels with people... I wanted to esacape, its been a while, Ive matured... And Honed my designing skills.. I plan on submitting some good stuff soon

I clearly remember the controversy you stirred up the last time you were here. It was stupid, unnecessary, and above all else, childish.
Should you go away now, never to return ...you would actually be doing this community a great service.
Make this your ONE good redemption.
This current visit, you were given clear suggestion you should choose another nick, yet you chose ONCE AGAIN to ignore those requests ...thereby proving to the community that you have, in fact ..not changed at all.
You are still an immature twit, and unless you suddenly learn social skills ~I'm pretty certain you'll forever remain one.

Oh, please....reference to your likely inability to upload to Wincustomize is due to your exclamation mark in your nick. It is a common problem that ANY nick that is NOT alpha-numeric only will cause failed uploads.
To spell it out for the deities amongst us...if my nick were 'Jafo!', I, too would likely have problems uploading works to the site. [note the non-alpha-numeric exclamation mark]....

To further explain what I thought happened, I thought you had banned me from submitting jafo, On deviantart a ban adds a ! to your name, And I thought you were winking at me to rub it in and be a prick... But I guess not, sorry about that...

Just curious, couldn't you just change the name on the original account? Then your previous skins would still be associated.

You can change your name but I have a long memory - you refused to change your name last time because you had a site and or email with same name. Then after argument 589 you claimed that IMGOD meant IM God as in " calling God " Do you think people don't remember? I may be 49 years old but nothing wrong with the hard drive in my brain.
Pretty much sums it up.
Hope your future submissions dazzle me more than your lame attempt to BS me did...
