Avatar..., what the..?

...mmh ok, lets talk about the user level, long time ago i notice that many people that signup to wincustomize.com time ago, like around the year 2001 and 2002, are at least Apprentice.., but now i notice that the only guy who finally submit a skin for Object Bar 2 has a "Avatar(9)" user level.., at the biggining i say: what the...?!?! how can someone could get a Avatar level? ...btw, it's the first time that i saw this level! but now i say "Good for him!" he might do many things to deserve this level....

Ah...you updated an existing screenshot, didn't you?....instead of simply uploading a new one, thus being 'freshly' done and ergo would have no comments.
Solution.
Upload a new screenshot.
Delete the old.
....
