Avatar..., what the..?

...mmh ok, lets talk about the user level, long time ago i notice that many people that signup to wincustomize.com time ago, like around the year 2001 and 2002, are at least Apprentice.., but now i notice that the only guy who finally submit a skin for Object Bar 2 has a "Avatar(9)" user level.., at the biggining i say: what the...?!?! how can someone could get a Avatar level? ...btw, it's the first time that i saw this level! but now i say "Good for him!" he might do many things to deserve this level....

People do get overlooked, it's not personal
I was in the top ten skinners list, one of the top messageboard helpers etc etc and still a citizen - then look what happened
There's no way to see user levels without going into someone's profile. It would be nice if 'the powers that be' gave us some more admin tools for viewing such things
BTW,
to TYCUS and skinhit (might want to change that 'citizen' title
)
