overall i think d-r deserves to win, gfx wise and also CODE wise. i can see most people will merly rate a skin cause it looks good, and forget that more effort is put into coding good skins.
(i would say resurgence (esp 1.2) but im not a prik

Would be lame saying D-R so I'd go for Enkera, Machina, Resurgence, Cardium and Impulse in no particular order, all nice.

My tops picks have to be D-Reliction, Enkera, Resurgence, Impulse and Machina. It's a tough choice though, there's a few others I'd like to see win as well.

Lots of very impressive skins here but Impulse is the one I keep coming back to - I use EMP & Enkara a lot too. I never use Winamp open full out so I'm judging based on stick & shade modes. JMO, of course.

not counting D-R, I'd say (in this order) Resurgence, Enkera, Impulse, Machina and then I can't decide between Cardium II and LayerONE.

Word to the staff. You are loosing your traffic and crowd of people caring about this competition. This judging is taking so long, I'm not even coming to this site on a regular basis anymore.
Who ever planned the judging is just bad at scheduling.
