There's alot of extremely well done skins in the competition, and what counts for me, is how good looking and useable a skin is. If the code is not well done, I don't find the skin useable. My favs are Enkera, Bunker, ,Cardium II , D-Reliction, AR7, Plastyk & Leviathan, and I think (read : hope) the winners will be:
1. D-Reliction
2. Cardium II
3. AR7

d-relic doesn't go in this category for ME, as it's remembering ME too much in mmd3. enkara doesn'T go for this as it's just too simple in my eyes, same for resurgence. they had both much more potential than they now have.
" i can see most people will merly rate a skin cause it looks good, and forget that more effort is put into coding good skins" how true muniom, exactly what i mean! so please have a look at grayz

Rontz don't "we" should read properly!
You should read properly!
And for what goes what's simple and not put enough effort into a particular skin doesn't matter! It's the skin who people like BEST OVERALL! - Even though it's as simple as it can be!

Resurgence vs D-reliction its a toss up. Got to look at these because of the coding.

20CECIL, i said "we" as most people just posted three skins
and about the effort of the skin.... it matters for ME... and as we were all asked for OUR OWN oppinions i told MINE and i like skins best that look nice, are a at least a bit useable and where you can see that there has been put much effort into it... different people, different opinions

In no particular order:
BUNKER- Easily one of the most unique and well-crafted wa skins of the competition. If people didn't have such a bias towards modern skins, this one would probably be one of the dominating skins of the comp. Sure, it didn't require any coding, but it's gonna run better than any modern skin ever will anyway, so who cares, and it looks as good as any of them P
ENKERA: Will probably end up being one of the most memorable skins of the comp.
D-R: A very solid hifi skin. That's always a good thing.
PLASTYK: Handsome skin. But not as handsome as the skinner himself, from what I hear, so it gets my vote
AR-7: Nice sleek, retro style.

"This judging is taking so long, I'm not even coming to this site on a regular basis anymore." (posted by Brother Rabbit).
Well, I'm sure many will see that as a good thing, since you seem to have done nothing but abuse and insult people since you came.

My favorites are (in no particular order)...
D-R (great style, but I find some buttons a bit fiddly)
AR7 (my favorite I think - using it!)
Enkera (really out there, looks great but a bit desktop hungry)
good luck all!
