Diafragma... can Windows use Adium? I saw your screenshot and quite surprise to see adium in windows.. Anyway, nice shot!

Diagragma is welcome to correct me, but my guess it is a customized Miranda.

BlueDev is right is Miranda Messenger modded to look like Adium. You can find all sorts of skins to have different chat logs... defitanetly one of my favorite programs.
