WB5 Border issues

Hello, I'm facing a wierd bug in WB5 that I didn't have in WB4. It only happens in a couple specific apps, however it seems to be reoccuring in those apps, seeing as I tried this on multiple machines. The programs that conflict (that I've noticed) are Corel Paint Shop Pro X and Nestopia (NES emulator). The problem occurs on WB4 compatible skins (ie. no translucent borders), and goes away if I use a skin with transparent borders.

I could always go back to using WB4, however I like some of the new features in WB5 other than the translucent window borders. Could someone please look into this, and see if there's a fix? I figured I wouldn't post until 5.01 was released, however the bug is not fixed in there.

You do not seem to have said what the problem is exactly.

It's hard to explain really. It's just that the window borders look really screwy. Here's a screenshot:

It's still kind of hard to tell from the SS, but I was just hoping someone else has this problem, or knew offhand how to fix it.
