Shortcuts dont always work

I have been having an issue where my shortcuts in my OD dont always work.
Most of the time they work fine, but some times I click on the shortcut and nothing happens.
So then I try and click on them again.
Usually they work the second time I click on them, however some times they dont work even if I click on them 3 or 4 times.
I had OD installed and had this issue, and then I had to reformat my machine, so after formatting I installed OD again, and still had this issue, so I dont think it was a bad install issue...
