Additional info: Using WindowBlinds 10 on latest Windows 10 (1809).
Things I've tried: Setting theme back to default, rebooting, reapplying theme several times.
The navigation pane successfully changes with Vad_M's Dark Mode theme, but not this one for some reason.

The left navigation pane in explorer is white because of changes Microsoft made in the 1809 release. Until Stardock can fix the problem you can go to Modify Style, Change System Colors in Windowblinds and change the System Colour: Window color to match the rest of explorer. Doing so however will effect many other areas in Windows 10 and several applications.
Stardock has a setting in SkinStudio that would change that colr when designing the skin, but 1809 ruined it.
The reason some skins so not have this issue is becasue the designer set that color in SkinStudio to match, but again, it will effect other areas. 1809 ruined a lot of skins designed by different artists, and hopefully Stardock will get the issue fixed.
