Wow, I really love this! It's elegant , refined and sleek!
Love the semi-gloss start panel contrast surrounded by the slate texture- and the glossy bottons used.
my only suggestion to make this even better is to add a substyle with any future update with a slightly different Start button- Id change the bright blue that pops up within the button during mouse-over, to another slate color- such as wine , copper, etc, with the same type of intensity as the color used in the skin-- keeping the same style button of course.
Or you can ditch the blue and use the same green teal in a gloss texture within the button. THat's just me being picky- I love this skin though and am using it right now with no problems on my WINDOWS XP!!

in the 8 or 9 years i have had one favorite design/designer slate is defineately my new go to wb ,outstanding
