That's not strange at all -- I like to try new things with each new skin I make. If it bothers you that much, you could just open the skin in Skin Studio, go to Edit Title Bars and Windowframes, go to Edit Per Pixel Frames, Caption, Extra Settings, OS Caption Height, and change the number from 39 to 32, save, and apply and the gap will be gone.

It does not bother me at all. I would not know where to start making these blinds, but i do appreciate the hard work and effort that goes into making them. I also try to support skinners by purchasing certain blinds. Thanks for your help in explaining how to alter the blind, i will give it a go. regards.

AWESOME! And now you have the skills to adjust things that you might use in the future. This is really what got me into skinning. I saw skins that I liked but just a few things were off, that I needed to tweak. I'm glad you're using the blind.
