celeste, I don't have Vista, so I cannot make a blind for it. I only have XP, and have to skin for it. I'm sorry I didn't understand what you were asking. I know the blind will work in Vista, though. The blind just does not have the Vista specific parts.
I also have XP, not Vista (yet I'd love to have it!), but I was asking you this since I've seen blinds that work with XP and have this element (the horizontal taskbar) that brings you the "Vista" feeling. Don't worry about this, though. This is only a petty request, as your SeaJasper is so beautiful I can still enjoy it for a while longer.

celeste, now I am really confused! I really don't know what you are referring to...you've got my interest peeked. Could you name a blind that has what you are talking about? Or post a screenshot of what you are referring to?

celeste, are you referring to the blue bar across the top of window? If so, that is the Styler Toolbar, and has nothing to do with Windowblinds. That is a separate program that some people use.I don't use that program. From what little I know about it, it is skinnable to match the windowblind, much like widgets and rainlendars are.

Okay, I see what you mean, celeste. That is called the Task Pane in XP. I have no control over how it is displayed. The only thing I can think of is there must be some sort of third party plug-in that allows that to be displayed across the bottom of the window. I'll go searching the net to see if there is such a thing, and will post back here what I find, if anything.
