Finally this Great Wb has been updated!...
Well, one of my old favortes. In the old version, there was not menu start that was integrated with the skin.

I really like this skin except for one thing. I don't like the 6 buttons at the top right. Too close together (and too many buttons which aren't needed), making clicking them a little tedious. I wish there were only the 3 standard ones spread a little further apart. Would make this skin more functional since these buttons are used a lot.

If you have WindowBlinds, just double click the downloaded file, it should open.
