I have Windows Vista 32bit. I followed your instructions and this is what I get:
Error: Failed attempt to lauch program or document: Action:<C:\Windows\System32\Tsdiscon.exe>
Params:<>
The current thread will exit.
Specifically: The system cannot find the file specified.
