this doesnt open up in my ObjectDock:( cause i dunno what to do with zipped files! do i extract? (if so what after that?) or if i need to unzip.. how do i do that? help would be sooo very greatful!!!

No, it's just a zip file with the pngs inside.

ohhh i seeee, thanks so much, i found it now! its actually looking pretty amazing! but how do you get new objectdock themes? i downloaded one and thats in a zip folder:\ how am i spose to put that in the drop down menu of themes in objectdock? hehe sorry if im troubling you (

Not a problem man, you need to put the folder inside that zip in your C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Backgrounds folder, this is where all the backgrounds are stored, and once you place it in there you just need to reload ObjectDock and it will be on your drop down menu when you configure it
