That is not a C-17, It is a C-141B; Europen Camafloge.Same as the Humvee and USAF Security Police..probably taken at Franfurt or maybe Milden hall.

Yep, it is a C-141B Starlifter. European paint scheme #3. I used to be air crew on both C-141A & C141B.
As for the base, could be anywhere. If it was taken just after 9/11, I would bet the Humvee was a response seen at many bases.
But, I love it and it is now my Logon.

Like the others said. How u can really tell n identify are by their shapes. C-5 Galaxys are like mass 'huge built' size, C-141 Starlifters are 'skinny' n 'long' while new C-17s are their child, 'short and chubby'. LOL
