Yes they do shoe through. That's why in the readme.txt I believe has a note in there about hiding everything if you are a gamer. If you dont' want to see it, just hide it. Unlke somethemes that are always on top. Even during a game, you can hide all of this, cept for the center piece.
As far as you thinking that it's the theme coding that's bad. Well, me and quite a few others are really digging the theme. I believe it may be your litestep as I have issue with LS after it being up a few days or after so many recycles. And it may be buggy code in the modules. I would recommend getting the latest indie build of LS.
I was contemplating setting the desktop size of theme so people that "didn't know" wouldn't have to deal with the see throug effect or the module being on top. I really like using all my desk top, figured people would hide the damn modules if they were not being used at the time by just left clicking on the button.

i love your theme,i hope you do more.i have noticed there are not many fantasy themes being done,everyone seems to be doing more now things. by citizen garden14

NOTE TO AUTHOR: The bars that you have to click for (systray, VWM, rain etc) show through other programes (topazChat, Iexplorer, Neoplanet, Outlook are but a few) And for some reason when I alt-tab out of Warcraft III this theme doesnt respond (systray has no icons, the button's dont work) Althought I think it's my machine - Just thought i'd let people know.
