I think the answer to that is quite obviously "no"... I've seen this icon a million times.

The Controlpanel is original from Windows Vista-I only had the Idea to put it on the glass like the Library Icons from Win 7.
The most work make the reflection look how realistic as possible...
(I hope my Englisch is not so bad that you understood what I mean...)
