hi axelmx ! first I suggest to create a new folder (My Icons) where to keep all the new icons together with FIREfox3.ico then for replacing the official Firefox icon (the shortcut) on your desktop: just right click on it and go-on clicking on properties > change icon > browse > "the folder: My Icons" > open > ok > ok > it's done !!
