You need to install stardock's Iconpackager program, you can download a trial from Stardock.com..but i would highly recommend purchasing it. Once installed just double click the file that you downloaded and it will install automatically.

I love this set just the way it is. There are plenty of IP's with color. This is a unique, clean, well crafted grayscale set, which requires more patience with shading and contrast than with working with color.

Hmm still doesnt work on ultimate vista 64 bit..actually only about 4 sets on here do...
