There is no substitute for After Effects for video work. If possible, see if you can find an earlier version at a good price, perhaps last years version. You might be able to find something on EBay.

CS4 is a great suite.
I'll be happy to give you some looping techniques once you get it. After Effects is a bit intimidating at first but once you start learning it gets easier.
One thing, it's an awesome program and you may never master all it can do.

i have both cs4 and cd5 suits in master collection very good, but i hardley make the full benifit of it more for adboe photoshop
